trouble with a sk8n mobo, fx53, 512mb kingston, ati x800pro

I have a

SK8N Mobo
AMD Fx53
512MB PC3200 DDR Kingston RAM
ATI x800 pro graphics card

I seem to get one long beep followed by 2 short beeps no matter what i do

I have tested all items seperate iv even tried an Opteron chip in the mobo, because iv heard the board needs the latest bios to run with a fx chip, iv tested the graphics card and ram in different machines and all have worked fine im at a loose end any help?? iv even tried unplugging the Drives and just runing the board
