Updating the bios
I need help as I am not an expert, but how does one update the bios, when I cannot get the new motherboard to get past beep codes(every 5-6 secs.)no display, new graphics card ECS agp8x,FIC motherboard AN19E, new memory DDR PC2100, 256MB, is there a problem recognizing the AGP card, I have cleared the Bios(jumper and battery) still beep codes.

Sounds like it's not passing POST, which usually isn't resolved by BIOS flashing in my experience. Although I could be wrong.

Last time I had issues passing POST, the PSU was the culprit.
