I am currently looking into buying the following m/b

Gigabyte GA-K8VT800 PRO Socket 754 K8T800 Gigabit Lan Firewire 1394 USB2 FSB800 Serial ATA133


This will be coupled with the following

what would be the general opinion about the above selections
