Which Mobo : Asus P4P800D or Msi 865 Neo2 fis2r?

Guys m a bit confused ...i've narrowed down ma choice to Asus P4P800D n Msi Neo2 fis2r but here comes the hard part...cant decide any further...Pls tell me more about the pros n cons of both the boards...n which is a better choice in the long run...u kno..stuffs like tht..

the msi has a fan on the northbridge, but other then that they are virtually equal, i would go with the asus if the cost were simular.

I would go with the MSI board. ASUS tech support sucks. Also, their waranties don't cover much. I haven't had a problem with my MSI boards.

In tests on www.tomshardware.com, the msi was faster than the asus. I have the msi board, my friend has the asus, both work fine. I guess if the price was similar I'd go with the msi, since its probably a bit faster, v. easy to oc, and may have better warranty/tech support.
