will mainboard fit a ATX case

I realise this is annoying but does anyboard fit into any case i have a

MSI 745 Ultra Skt A Duron/Athlon XP upto 2000+ mainboard

and i want to get

Antec Sonata Piano Black Quiet Case - 380W TruePower Silent PSU (CA-003-AT) case

so i need to know if they will go together i'd be very grateful for any advice

the case specs are:

- TruePower 380Watt ATX12V power supply with single fan design for enhanced quietness
- Front mounted USB & IEEE1394 (FireWire) ports
- Washable Air Filter
- Front Audio ports
- 3 x 5.25" external drive bays
- 2 x 3.5" external drive bays
- 4 x 3.5" internal drive bays in individual trays with rubber grommets to absorb hard drive vibrations
- 2 x 120mm fan positions (front intake and rear exhaust)
- Motherboards up to Standard ATX
- Made with 0.8mm SECC Steel
- Dimensions: 206mm x 430mm x 465mm (WxHxD)

Yes, it will fit. You just need to see that the form factor is the same (ATX).
