try this. Go to bios, find '1st boot device' and set it to 'C:'.

still the same problem. Also I found that BIOS can't detect my Hard drive.

Could it be because I put the same CMOS battery???
Do I have to replace it??

Check make sure the ide cable is properly plugged into the hard drive AND the motherboard. It can look like its plugged in but may be out a a smal bit a few mm. Also make sure the hd is connectde to the psu properly. If the pc worked before you took out the battery, you probably just pulled something out of place when rummaging around trying to get the battery out.
