Won't boot after changing PSU

I put a new PSU in my system and now it won't boot. I have power to motherboard and all fans spin and lights on network cards come on but the monitor doesnt come on and the system fails to boot. I hear no beep codes and have checked all connections and cables which seem to be fine. Any advice guys???
