Worth it?

My friend is going to upgrade her motherboard, and we found that there are great difference between the prices the ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel motherboard $121, while the EVGA nForce 680i SLI Intel Socket 775 ATX motherboard is $200
Is it worthwhile to buy pay extra $100 to get the motherboard, will this make great sense to the computer??

it looks like most of the money went into cooling on the EVGA board, its rated to take DDR2-1200, which is a huge overclock from the 680i stock speeds, that means the EVGA probably has better cooing, and if you overclock to the point that your RAM is running at DDR2-1200 its still under warranty from EVGA as its not really considered overclocking, if you try that with the ASUS you stand a good chance of the board and that will void the warranty

So it depends on what your using it for, if you plan on some nice water cooling and pushing the limits of the system, then get the EVGA, if you want a board that you can put a CPU in and make it work then get the ASUS
