Purchasing a new motherboard, Advice Needed!

    Hi,

Im just about to start purchasing parts for a new computer that im going to build for myself, the idea is to create a reasonably well performing computer which is upgradable when i have more money.

I have already decided that the computer should be roughly this spec:

    Intel Core 2 Duo - Around 2.66Ghz

    2GB DDR2 RAM

    500+ GB SATA Hard Drive

Intergrated Graphics ( Eg. Intel X3100, as i have no need to use the computer for gaming, although a HDMI port and the ability to play HD Video would be a big plus)

I have chosen the Coolermaster CM690 Case, and a PSU.

However, im pretty stuck for choosing a motherboard:

I was looking at an Asus P5N-E for ages, however i eventually realised that i have no need for a graphics card, id prefer intergrated graphics.

All i require from the motherboard, is:

    ATX or mATX form factor

    Core Duo Socket
Quite a few RAM slots (Preferably with DDR3 as an option for the future)
    a FSB of 1066Mhz, (Preferably 1333Mhz)
    Intergrated Graphics with HDMI Output
    Some Overclocking Functionality
    About 50-70

I just wondered if someone could recommend any motherboards which they know are good quality and meet my requirements

    Thanks for your help,

    Joe
