I'm looking for a Motherboard to read and write RFID Tags that can be used with the iPhone 4, 4s and 5.
Can anybody please suggest a board that can be used with the iPhone 30 pin connector and also used with the new lightning pin connector.

What kind of a motherboard? For a PC?
It may be pretty difficult to find a motherboard that has a 30-pin iPhone connector or a lightning pin connector because both are Apple-proprietary interfaces, and Apple is not especially known for having open hardware or software.

RFID tags aren't read or written using a "motherboard" either, normally it's a stand-alone device which does the reading. Five seconds on google produced this iThing app which does RFID reading using a third-party 30-pin RFID reader.
