ADP help

Okay I have, a web site host that supports coldfusion and MSSQL. I plan on using an access data project (.adp) to create the tables, columns, ect ect, because i am very familiar w/ access.
On my first table im atempting to create i want to have a primary key field called itemNum and i want it to be Like AutoNumber in access but there does not seem to be a way to do it. I searched the forums and found this but it wasnt of much help as identifier isnt an available data type. thank you for your help.
