You can use Enterprise Manager to set up scheduled backups for each database, I don't know if there is a way to do all databases at once. The defaults will put the backups in a backup folder, you can choose to have all db backups end up in one folder, or have the backups go to separate subfolders by database.

You can set the backups to automatically clean out old copies, and backup the transaction log on a different schedule if you want.

You can also use a scheduled DTS job to copy database data to another server.

You can also set up replication of databases to another server.
