Can I stop a process trying to rollback?

Can I stop a process trying to rollback?

I had a power problem (like the boss forgot to pay the bill) and it killed a query that had been running for days. It's locked up trying to roll itself back I think. I've tried killing the process through enterprise manager but no luck. Stopped and started services, error log says recovery is 0% complete.
I'm running SQL Server 2000 on windows 2000 server.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
