Communication Link Failure

Hi.
I have a website developed using ASP and MS SQl as databse. I am using dsnless connection. Everything works fine. But after every few days the fuklk websites shows with same error in whicever line I have databse connection. On restarting the server it agains starts up.
Can anyone tell me the solution to fix this error:
