Convert MS Access DB to MySQL DB using the command line

Hi, want i want to do is have a program that with a command in the command line can convert a MS Access DB to a MySQL db, and automatically upload it. I want this because the company i work for has an MS DB that they enter info into, then each night its uploaded and then used for various things. I want to move our site to a different server that only supports mySQL. So i need to have the local server automatically everynight convert the MS DB to a MySQL db then upload it. Can any one help me out?
