You can use DTS to convert data from SQL to access.

Or Access has an import from ODBC datasource feature.

You'll probably have to review the resulting db if you are importing the structure. There are quite a few differences between SQL Server and Access datatypes, any Stored Procedures won't import into Access, etc.
