If they are not on a network, then the best way to go about it is to backup the database on one machine and copy the backup file to a CD (or a few dozen floppies!  ). Then, run over to the other computer, insert the CD and restore the database from the backup file.
Search your Books Online for "backing up databases", if you have no idea how to backup stuff.
