Montioring Users ,Terminal to the SQL Instanace

Hi All,

I have a SQL database running, to the server x users can connect to it using the username and password , as i came to know that all the person know the username and password , so i want to monitor which user came from which IP address, which can be helpful to me in monitoring unauthorized access to the database.

Is there anyway to achive the same.
