MSSQL Edit data stored in column

Hi there, not very experienced with databases.

I was wondering if there is a program that will let me see the information stored within a column and edit as my database has become corrupt on only one field

I have the table, and I open it and I see the column where i assume the data is stored.

Im looking for a program that will let me edit the information inside in a microsoft excel way without having to type out queries as there is probably around a million entries for every town in every county. I know I have to redo them all but im looking for something to make it really simple. Im not sure if this is possible but if it is lemme know
