multiple databases
I'm new to the whole mysql thing, so i have a quick question.
Should I have a mdb for every aspect of my site? For instance, should the "product" database be seperate for the "careers" database? Both are completly independent of one another on the site. |

There is no real technical benefit from having separate database for different data within the same website (unless you are talking about massive amounts of data, which I suspect is not the case)... Most people would use the same database, but come up with a naming convention to separte the tables.
