Hi guys, it's nice to join the forum. Can someone can help me?

After 2 years of using a program, i suddenly got this error. I tried re-installing SQL but im still getting the message.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot load the DLL xplog70.dll, or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 193(error not found).
