Replication Distributors Server - Licenses

Hello,

We have two processor licensed MS SQL servers. We're planning implement Server Replication and duplicate the two servers offsite. Both new servers will also be MS SQL processor licensed.

In addition we'll use a dedicated MS SQL server as a distributor. How do I license this server? Can I use “Server with 4 device CALs”?

Any help is appreciated!
