Sample or Random sample

Is there a way/command to get a [random] sample of data?

Below is a basic example of a table with a few fields, and a count.
In this case, there are 70 total.
I would like a random sample of 10 of them.

age.....height.....weight.....count
14.......61...........133.........3
14.......62...........136.........6
15.......65...........135.........4
18.......64...........135.........5
14.......63...........133.........8
17.......62...........137.........9
15.......61...........134........11
15.......63...........137.........4
14.......65...........138.........5
16.......64...........134.........7
17.......66...........136.........8
Total.............................70


Is there a way to do this in SQL?
