selecting binary data as hex
Hey, is it possible to turn binary data into a string of hex? e.g. ("EF AF EE B1 E3 E1") ? straight from within mssql?
also, how does INSERTing binary data work? id like to insert a bunch of characters individually by letter as binary data. any help is greatly appreciated |

I like binary data so I don't work with them that much..but try to put your Hex in Varchar variable instead
read READTEXT in the Bookonline for further details |
