Question Best solution to hold Address information

    Hi Folks.

I am having a tough time trying to decide how to design my tables that will hold address information for a user, like city, State, Zip and Country.

Are there any best practices to follow? I can imagine that the tables should be Country, State and City OR can be Zip with a one to many relationship.

My second question is; any best practices to display the country data on web forms so users can select country, then state and then city? I am building with ASP and Access 2K.

    Thanks for your input.

    here's a great article --

as far as table design is concerned, i would not attempt to create one-to-many relationships with city, state, or zip codes
