SQL query problem in MS Access

Consider the following table

Customer-Brand
C1 B1
C1 B2
C1 B3

C2 B4
C2 B5
C2 B6

C3 B1
C3 B2
C3 B4

I want to select customers who "HASNT" bought a brand or several brands from the given brand

eg : if you give B1,B2 customer C2 should display
