i'm guessing there isn't going to be a freeware one, because microsuck doesn't share their source. did you Google ? also check out Download.com

What do you want to accomplish? You can use Access 2000+ projects if you have Access. There are some asp-based SQL managers available free. Or as don_sparko said, google.
