transferring a schema into a MSSQL db
I am new to MSSQL so any help would be greatly appreciated. I've already gone through a great deal of the SQL Server Books Online and can't find anything yet.
I've installed MS SQL Server 2000 Evaluation on my Win2k machine to test on. I've created a new database, and I have a .sql file given to me that is supposed to transfer a pre-determined schema into my empty database when run. I can't figure out how to run the file though. I've done the same thing in MySQL using a command prompt, but MSSQL is confusing me. Can anybody help me run this file please? |

Thanks a lot. The Query Analyzer seemed to work great. There were a few little soft errors or warnings, but everything actually seemed to work fine. Thank you for your help.
