User password

I need some tips advice how could i encrpty user password back in character.
What password encrpy use mysql.
I am not hacker not have a lot of comp. expirenece i just have some web site paga and care for that few mysql base,
(forum, portal, galery etc)

I dont have any unix so i couldn write any sorce for do that. So if you have tips for some other solutino msg or mail me.
I lik eto put for exempel that pass strnig:
24+3rlgmsmgle (32 car long) somwhere to get pass.
I look over the net but is too much information about that, so where I could find riht tips info
