What Spec??

We are looking at getting a new software product that requires MS SQL, can anyone point me to a site where I can get an idea of the hardware spec for the server. To start with there would be around 30 users moving to a max of 60 in 3 years, will MS SQL work with Server 2003 or is it better with WIndows 2000

Thanks in advance

Tim
