I want to get mysql data back

One of my sql admins appealed to me for help. The database on his computer opened with error - The header for file 'Torn5.mdf' is not a valid database file header. I tried to do something, but I couldn't.

You'll have a really hard time of it since that's not a MySQL problem. I suggest trying this.
