32 CD's to x DVD's
Hello everybody,
I have like 32 AUDIO Cd's which i wish to get rid of and replace them with x DVD's but retain the same quality without ripping it to mp3 or any other format beside that that comes with the original CD. How can i do it, i have a DVD-RAW/RW. Each CD = roughly 650-700 MB. What software is needed etc. Thanks. |

You'll have to rip to .wav, close as you're going to come. The original "CD format" is not like any other sort of codec.

Nothing to do about that. The good news is large capacity hard drives are relatively inexpensive these days. If you're just ripping then making a DVD and then delete the .wav rips, it should be a non-issue. Audio CDs rarely will get to capacity (most albums are only 35-45 minutes) plus you're not going to get that many on a DVD anyway, so just rip what'll fit on a single DVD at a time.
