64-bit color display

I have bought a GeForce FX5200 128 mb 64-bit video card. I have already installed its drivers. I tried changing the Color Quality of the screen in the Display Property of windows, see pic for info.

Even though I have it 64-bit the only color quality i can see in my display settings is 32-bit.

is it really limited to that color quality?
does it depends on the monitor?

The 32bit color and 64 bit card are not referring to the same thing.
"32 bit color" is referring to the color depth of the display (how many distinct colors can be shown). Rather than try to explain in depth, I'll refer you to wikipedia if you want to learn more about that.

The 64 bit nomenclature on the memory card is referring to the memory data bus "width", or how much information it can transmit at once.

32 is as high as it goes, and isn't really functionally different than 24 bit ("true") color. Again, 32 bit color and 64 bit video card are completely different things.

yeah, and unless you're OCD you won't know the difference between 24 and 32, and more then probably you won't notice a difference between 16 and 32.
