Hi!
I have started to have problems with corrupt colours when running games (and sometimes video) on my Asus 9800XT. Example of BAD PROBLEMS!! See how the checker patterns appear at some part of the planet? Running Doom 3 is impossible. Far Cry works kind of OK with this problem in only some colours. Have updated to latest drivers (tried both Asus and ATI) but no help. Any suggestions? Memory problem on card? Need more power? Motherboard problem? (Intel D845PEBT2 with P4 2.4) HELP!!!! |

Need more system specs. Are you overclocking?

No, no overclocking.
P4 2.4 1G RAM 120G + 160G HD (Maxtor) Win XP, SP2 (English) Card set to default values. Have tried different resolution, different AA settings, different sync settings etc. No difference. Work without problems for 2D, like Photoshop. Once experienced problems with vertical stripes over screen after boot, but they are gone after a re-boot. /Micke |
