Asus GF4 Ti4200 128mb problems

Hello

Well to get started,

lst 2-3weeks games started to, well objects started to stretch like playing NFS underground see these long shape flat objects go across track or in Americas Army objects like trees or cars had strange shapes coming from them and sometimes get blue spots around textures.

Well at first I thorught drivers and then did full system recovery, and then I opened the case and touched card and it felt hot.

So well things I want to know is if it's damaged or just needs fans,

I am going to install these fans if not damaged,

URL

And well these are questions,

1. Is the card damged.
2. Is the card alright but too hot and needs fan.
3. would the link to fans I want to buy cool the card down.

Here is a picture of Americas Army and just to let you know

I have did full system recovery with xp so started fresh and still had problem, tryed many different drivers still had problem so I have come to,

Card Damage or
Card overheating and I have not overclocked it at all.

And if it is damaged it has 3 year warranty but problem is I can't find a contact email or nothing for Asus Australia only Asian one.

Oh yeah I live in Australia.
