ATI Radeon 7200 Problem

ATI Radeon 7200 Problem
I just upgraded to WindowsXP Home, but there is something wrong with my video card now. the 2D aspects of the video card work fine, but the 3D dosent work at all. None of my games that use 3D acceleration work, Theres actually no 3D drivers to choose from in the setup, and I cannot run any of the 3D acceleration tests in DXDIAG. I'm sure I have the correct drivers and the most recent version of DirectX.

Its a Radeon 7200 PCI.
it was working fine in Windows 2000.
