I have reinstalled my window xp after it, my audio is not working: Error ID = 0xC00D11BA, Condition ID = 0x00000000
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device, such as a sound card or sound controller. I have installed driver properly. I have checked in device manager. it says this device is working properly.I have also checked in control panel> administrative tools> services, audio status is started. everything is ok however my audio is not working. i have realtek ac 97 audio device. plz help me? |

Hi thakurlokesh and welcome to Dev Shed.
Do you have the correct driver installed ? Do you hear any sound at all, even the boot sound when Windows boots ?

Yes I have reinstalled driver using motherboard cd. but it is not working. I think it is because of BIOS setting. I will try to change BIOS setting but i dont know how to change it. I am searching for its tutorial.

It was disabled in BIOS setting. I have enabled it and now my audio is working properly.
Thanks for your guidance. |
