Bad Card?!

Recently I bought a 9800pro from newegg. When i'm playing games it freezes. If i'm just doing desktop activities it doesn't freeze. There are no errors in event viewer and i'm sure that it my comp isn't running that hot.

any suggestions? should i RMA?!
Also My motherboad uses nforce drivers would this cause a problem with my ATI card?

my stepdad had a problem like this when he borrowed my 9700 pro, i forget exactally what we did, but it was something in the bios, maybe fast write... try changing some settings in your bios, turn some down, or up. Play with that a little bit and see if it helps any.
