Question Can't get my monitor to display XP properly

We reformatted our PC to run XP but now the screen resolution right - nothing over 16 bit.

Tried everything to get it working - even changing the IRQ settings?

Don't really know what I'm doing - Please help

Is your computer a Dell or some other prefab box or did you build it?

Damn I called that

So anyway, when you reformatted, did you use dell's system disks with all the bundeled software/drivers/windows XP (or whatever) included to reinstall?

Ohh... thats your problem man, you didn't install the drivers for your video card. You'll want to contact dell or check their website to see if you can get another copy of the hardware drivers for your box.
