Creative SB Live! VS Creative SB Live Player 1024

hi ,i am new here .I just bought a sound card from my fren last week,the driver cd is creative sb live player 1024,but it not really work (under window 2000).Can anybody tell me how can i differentiate between Creative SB Live and SB LIVE Player 1024?
