Creative SBS 560 & Audigy

Hi folks. Not too long ago, as purchased an Creative Audigy card and a SBS 560 speaker system (5.1 & 5.1). I love them both... produce excellent sound. For some strange reason, my center speaker doesn't work in part. By saying "in part" I mean that when I test the settings, the lady says "front left, center, front right, rear left, and rear right" in correspondance to the correct speaker. Now when I play games, music, etc... the center speaker doesn't play. I know it has to be a software problem, since the center speaker does work when it's tested. Everything seems to be set right, 5.1 and all that junk. Does anyone know what the deal is???

Ahhhh fu_ck! I guess I will have to call those c0ck suckers at Creative. I'm pretty sure those kum dumpsters won't help me out any, or they will just give me the run-around. Sh|t!
