EVGA Geforce MX 5600 TV Tuner Problems

I have a EVGA Geforce MX 5600. I can install the VIVO drivers that come with the card on the cd fine but the picture is not real clear. So I got the updated drivers from Nvidia. Installation works on every except the TV Tuner. It just says there is a code 10 error. I have tried reinstalling it a few times and it don't help. I have read around on other forums and lots of people have the same problems but I never seen they they fixed it. All I want to good picture from my video card! Can anyone help me?
