Gainward geforce 4!!!!!!!! URGH!! camera CONNECTION!

Ive just today bought this gainard geforce 4 power pck! and i cant even connect it TO MY TV!!!!! im using my camera all the time and need to put footage onto my computer aswell... there is an S-video socket on my camera and card... butwhen i connect them NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!

IVE BEEN AT THIS FOR HOURS AND REALLY AM GETTIN.... frustrated!!!

PLEASE HELP!!
