Game freezing with ATI 9200

I just bought the ATI 9200 Atlantis from Sapphire. Everything seems fine, except that when i play a game (so far only simpsons hit n run) The game will freeze during game play. It does not happen during a movie or anything and it is random.

I have had the computer freeze twice in normal windows this was happening even with my old video card. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

My computer
Asus P4PX-E Mobo
Inter 2.6ghz w/ HT
crucial 512 PC 3200

I am assuming the game freezing is related to the video card. I will try to put the old video card back into my computer and see what happens

Sounds like a heat issue. Try more fans, or my favorite solution, a box fan blowing into the PC.
