GPU vs CPU
Hello,
We are having a problem with our ArcGis software (very slow redering) and we're trying to figure out if it's a CPU issue or GPU. Is there a way to test how if the GPU or CPU is utilizing more resources when we do simple tasks such as zooming/panning in ArcGIS?
The computer specs are solid (2.75gb ram, 128mb video card, 2.40ghz), so we're just trying to find the cause at this point. One thing I did notice is that lowering resolution causes an increase in speed, and subsequent zooms increase speed as well (due to caching the data I presume?)
Thank you.
