How to get a HD/DVI signal to TV in another room

I've got a pretty standard setup - nVidia 9800 GTS with dual DVI ports. For my main monitor I use a LG 32" TV, using a DVI to HDMI cable, works great and I get a resolution of 1920x1080. This is all working fine.

As a wedding present I got a 47" LCD TV, and that is just too good to not play games on. What I want to do is get a feed from my second/spare DVI port to a HDMI port on this new TV. My keyboard/mouse are bluetooth, so they work just fine from the lounge to our office, but I need a plan for the video feed.

I was wondering if anybody has had any luck with video senders that don't interfere with your wireless signal, but it would have to be a DVI/HDMI video sender? I do have a spare wall plate on either side of the wall, which I've already used to feed my Sky HD signal from the box back to my PC, but that was an easy job with a few chassis mountable f-connectors. Any ideas how you could do the same with a HD signal?

Any ideas/help would be great!
