Where can I find driver for onboard sound device CMI9738 motherboard Intel 845GV which should work with Windows 2003 Server?

have you tried cmedia website?
CMI is cmedia. Try www.cmedia.com.tw They have a download section there. Anything that is winxp compatible should work equally well with win2k3, since 2k3 is basically just winxp with a server built in.
