Ipod Nano 8GB 2nd Gen Cases with Designs?
Now that I have decided to buy an 8gb Ipod Nano I want to buy cases for them. My girlfriend and I like to read manga and I am currently learnign how to speak Japanese. I thought it would be kind of cool to find an Ipod Nano case that had some japanese kanji on it. Oh, and when I say case I mean something where the ipod can slip into to protect it when it is in my pocket or bag.
Kind of like this: http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B000FA...8795258-0794803 I mean, as long as the case is cool I wont care what it looks like, but I dont want to get her one that is just a plain color. I wanted to know if you have ever seen any ipod nano cases with japanese kanji, etc and where I could purchase them. The problem that I am finding is that most of the cases out there dont support this new sized nano. I dont understand this. When I looked on CNET.com I looked at the specs for each of the Ipod Nanos, the 2GB, 4GB and the 8GB and they are all the same width, height and depth. I figure since we both have (or going to have in her case) an Ipod nano I thought that I should buy some sort of protective case for it. I would prefer that they arent just plain colors. Neon colors are ok, if its a decent black thats ok, designs/pictures on the cases are ok. Is there some place I can go to design my own? Last edited by ddmeightball : December 1st, 2006 at 09:11 AM.

You can skin many players by other manufacturers yourself. Like these guys are having fun with ... Note: will void warranty, make sure it works first :-P

Anyone know of any websites where I can submit a picture or graphic (non-copyrighted of course
 ) and have then put it on an Ipod case? How about then designing it on the actual Ipod?

I was able to find something she might like. I wasnt able to find any cases with japanese kana symbols on it but I was able to find some skins with them on it.
