Question Is this a good video card?

I'm buing a new video card and is this a good one? I'm not looking to max out my games. I'll just be happy with it being fast at
800 x 600 res or 1024 x 768 res with good quality. the card name is
APOLLO nVIDIA GeForce FX5200 Video Card, 256MB DDR, 128-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "BLOODY MONSTER 3 GEFORCE FX 5200 256". The Link to it is http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-140-023&depa=1
Thanks for your time.

looks like it needs to be updated again though seems to be a few cards missing from the mid-ranges too
