Line6 USB gear
Has anyone (by any remote chance) used any of Line 6's USB products?
I'm looking into buying the Podxt or xtLive to record directly to HD. The only real reason I want it is the computer connection. Reviews are one thing, I'd just prefer to hear it from someone who's used it; I've heard of a lot of manufacturers that post reviews of their own stuff to make it look good... |

Line6 makes some great stuff but if all you need is an audio interface have you looked at some of the M-Audio breakout boxes and such?

I have, but I still don't have a worthy preamp to route through it...
Since I live in an apartment, mic'ing up cabs isn't really an option. The only reason I posted is most people who talk about Line6 is their modeling ability and effects...but everyone seems to leave out the USB connectivity and the quality of audio it streams. You have any recommendations of headphones? I've been debating over the Bose TriPorts (I've heard them and really like the isolation and clarity) but I also wouldn't mind something cheaper with the same quality...This way I don't need to worry about reference monitors waking the neighbors.
